About VibCall, in one line: it is a simpler video chat built by people who got tired of what random video chat had become.
Why we built a simpler video chat
You know the feeling. It's late, you're restless, and you want to actually talk to someone — not scroll, not swipe, talk. So you open a random video chat site, and before a single face appears you're filling in a registration form. Then picking a username. Then verifying an email you didn't want to give out in the first place.
And when you finally get through, half the "people" are bots looping the same five-second clip, and the other half freeze mid-sentence while the spinner catches up. We hit that wall enough times ourselves to know exactly what was broken. Everything we kept — and everything we threw out — is on the VibCall features list, and it's short on purpose.
Fast is the whole point
A random video chat lives or dies in its first ten seconds. If matching drags, you leave — we would too. So VibCall runs right in your browser: no app store, no download, no account to create before you try it.
You press start, and matching pairs you with someone who is online right now. If the conversation doesn't click, one tap on Next brings a fresh face — no explanations, no awkward goodbye. That loop is the product, and we protect it ruthlessly.
Private by default, not by setting
Every VibCall chat is a closed room for two people. Nothing is broadcast to a crowd, and there's no wall of profiles to scroll through first — it's a conversation, not a performance. We also don't ask who you are before you start, because private by default shouldn't be a toggle buried in a settings menu.
And because a chat product is only as good as its worst user, Report and Block are one tap away in every call. Our video chat safety tips explain how moderation works here and what we expect from the community.
Free to start, straight about the rest
Your first 10 matches are free, and there's no sign-up to try — a real conversation is the only honest demo we could give you. We'd rather you judge VibCall by using it than by reading about it.
After that, longer or premium sessions can use coins. That's the entire pricing story, and it's why we can keep matching fast and moderation real without selling your data — we never do.
The small team behind VibCall
We're builders who have spent years working on live video products — the matching systems, the video pipelines, and the unglamorous moderation tooling that keeps a community worth joining. VibCall is what we chose to build with that experience: small, focused, and opinionated about how meeting people should feel.
We're also users. When something in the product annoys us, it gets fixed — because it's annoying us too. And when we have something worth saying, from better-chat guides to honest comparisons, it goes on the VibCall blog.
How to reach us
Feedback from real users has shaped more of this product than any roadmap ever has. If something is broken, confusing, or missing, the VibCall support team reads every message — or write to support[at]vibcall.com directly and a human will answer, not a ticket bot.
The people online are the real product
Ultimately, VibCall is its community. A sample of the members online right now — the reason any of the above matters.

About VibCall — questions
Who is behind VibCall?
A small product team that has spent years building live video products — matching systems, video pipelines, and moderation tooling. We run VibCall with one rule: the conversation is the product, and everything else has to serve it.
Is VibCall free to try?
Yes. Your first 10 matches are free and there is no sign-up to try — you can feel the product out before deciding anything. After that, longer or premium sessions can use coins.
How do I contact the VibCall team?
Through the contact page or by email at support[at]vibcall.com. We read every message ourselves, and user feedback is where most of our product decisions start.
