1. Accepting These Terms
These terms are the agreement between you and VibCall. They cover the whole thing — the website, the random matching, the 1-on-1 video and text chats, and any coins you buy along the way.
The moment you open VibCall, hit start, or buy coins, you're telling us you've read this and you're fine with it — together with the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. If something here doesn't sit right, the honest move is to close the tab. Keep using the service after we update these terms, and the new version is the one that counts.
2. Who Can Use VibCall
VibCall is for adults. You have to be at least 18 — older if the law where you live sets the bar higher — and it has to be legal for you to use a service like this at all. If we've removed you from the platform before, that call still stands.
If you create an account, it's yours and only yours. Give real information, keep your login to yourself, and treat whatever happens through your account as your responsibility. Don't sell it, lend it, or hand it to anyone underage. Think someone else got in? Tell us right away.
3. What VibCall Provides
The product in one sentence: VibCall is a random video chat that runs in your browser — you press start, we pair you with a real person who's online, and you talk one on one. Not feeling it? Hit Next and you're on to someone new.
Trying it costs nothing: your first 10 matches are free, no sign-up to start. Once those are used, longer or premium sessions can use coins. Treat the free matches as a taste, not a promise — the allowance is limited and it can change.
The product keeps evolving, so features can come, go, or change. We also can't promise zero hiccups — a live call depends on your connection, your device, and another person being online at the same moment. And to be clear about our role: VibCall introduces you to people. We don't verify who they are, and we don't sit in on your conversation.
4. Your Content and What Others See
Whatever you bring to VibCall stays yours. By showing content on the platform — a profile photo, anything on camera — you give us the licence we need to host, transmit, and display it so the service can run. Only share what you have the right to share.
Now the part people forget: the person you're talking to can see your camera, and they can capture it — a screenshot, a screen recording, a second phone pointed at the screen. No setting on our side can stop that or pull it back afterwards. The working rule is simple: don't show anything you wouldn't want outliving the conversation.
5. Acceptable Use
Use VibCall lawfully, and treat the stranger on the other side like a person. The full conduct rules are the Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms. The short version — don't:
- Harass, threaten, pressure, or stalk anyone — including after being asked to stop
- Create, request, or share any sexualized content involving minors, or any exploitative content
- Record or redistribute another person's content without their permission
- Publish anyone's private information
- Run scams, or ask users for money, gift cards, crypto, or off-platform payments
- Ask for passwords, verification codes, or payment details
- Impersonate another person or pose as VibCall staff
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automation against the service
- Use VibCall in a way that breaks the law that applies to you
Break these rules and we can remove your content, limit features, or take away your access to the platform entirely.
6. Coins and Payments
Coins are how you pay for extras inside VibCall — things like longer or premium sessions once your free matches are gone. You'll always see the price and what you're getting before you pay, and that in-product display is the version that governs, because numbers change.
One thing to be straight about: coins are a licence to use features, nothing more. They're not money, not a deposit, not an investment. You can't cash them out, and you can't move them off the platform.
- Payments go through third-party processors — we don't store full card numbers.
- Completed purchases and used services are generally non-refundable, unless the law says otherwise.
- Fraud, payment abuse, or chargebacks raised without contacting support first can mean cancelled orders, feature limits, or an account review.
- Keeping access to what you bought depends on your account staying in good standing.
7. Ending Access
You can walk away whenever you like — close the tab and you're done. On our side, we can warn you, limit features, suspend you, or remove access for good if these terms or the Community Guidelines get broken, if the law requires it, or if leaving an account live would put other users at risk. Serious cases can go to the appropriate authorities.
If your account is removed for a violation, unused coins generally aren't refunded. Some records can also be kept after an account ends, where the law, fraud prevention, or a dispute calls for it.
8. Disclaimers
VibCall comes "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we can't warrant it'll never be interrupted, that a match will always be there, or that every conversation will go the way you hope. Call quality and match outcomes aren't guaranteed.
We also can't vouch for who other users are or what they intend. Meeting strangers on video carries a risk no platform removes completely — the habits that shrink it are collected in our video chat safety tips.
9. Limitation of Liability
As far as the law allows, VibCall isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or knock-on losses; for what other users do; for third-party services like payment processors; for unauthorized access that traces back to credentials you didn't protect; or for events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms cuts away liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms move as the product and the legal landscape do. When they change, the "Last updated" date at the top moves with them, and for anything material we'll make reasonable efforts to flag it. Keep using VibCall after an update takes effect, and you've accepted the revised version.
11. Contact
Questions about any of this? Write to support[at]vibcall.com — retype the [at] as a normal @; it's written that way to keep address-harvesting bots off it. The VibCall support team can also tell you what to include so we can sort things out fast.
